This statement applies to user interactions with the Inland Sea of Sound website, at http://www.inlandseaofsound.com.au
Data that in some way identifies the user is gathered during interactions with the ISOS website in the following circumstances:

We seek feedback from our users in order to improve the service offered by the site. Answering feedback questions is voluntary and does not in any way affect your access to the ISOS site.

All personal data described in the preceding section is stored securely, and archived for a period of at least 12 months and possibly up to 7 years.
The data is used by ISOS site software, and by staff involved in the management of the ISOS site, only for:

Users 16 and Under
If you are aged 16 or under, get your parent or guardian's permission before you provide personal information to the ISOS website. Users without this consent are not allowed to provide us with personal information.
The staff who operate the ISOS site, and most Commonwealth, State or Local government agencies, are subject to the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988.
